  • We can make personalised packages (30/60 minutes) and any size packages upon request. This includes creating hybridised programs to include martial arts skills, mental health management, nutrition and more.
  • We advice package will be more effective if used minimum 2 times a week regular and continuous. By 4 sessions a week you can get best results.  
  • If you are unable to continue the rest of the package sessions,  sessions that you have not used will be refunded without any questions . 100% guarantee by TOGYM

Martial Arts and Boxing Incorporation

  • We Incorporate elements of martial arts and boxing into our training sessions to add variety and excitement. This include techniques such as punches, kicks, blocks, and drills inspired by disciplines like Hapkido, professional boxing, Muay Thai, or mixed martial arts (MMA).  

Weight-training

  • We designed workouts that seamlessly blend martial arts and boxing techniques with weight training exercises. For example, we incorporate resistance training movements such as squats, deadlifts, and overhead presses to build strength, power, and muscle endurance while also practicing striking and defensive manoeuvres.  

Sleep Optimisation

  • We provide guidance on optimizing sleep quality and quantity, including tips for improving sleep hygiene and creating a conducive sleep environment to support recovery and performance.
